By accessing or purchasing from ciabarbiahair.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy and Shipping/Return policies. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or place an order.

Products & Pricing

All hair products are described as accurately as possible. Colors, lengths, and textures may vary slightly due to screen settings and the natural nature of human hair. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or product description.

Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method through Stripe. All payments are processed securely; we do not store your card details. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, with a full refund if payment has already been collected.

Shipping & Processing

Processing time (1–3 business days) is separate from shipping time. Full shipping details are available in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the hygienic nature of hair products, returns are limited. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for full eligibility and instructions.

Appointments

For in-salon appointments, deposits are non-refundable and our appointment policies apply. See our appointment policy page for details on grace periods, late fees, and rescheduling.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including the CìaBarbìa name, logo, images, and copy — is the property of CìaBarbìa Hair & Beauty and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability

CìaBarbìa is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
